It was an engaging weekend Session at Impactsure Academy with a global NLP Coach Chitra Pillai. She helped the participants to apply the principles of NLP. December 3, was recognized by United Nations as International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) is the day is about promoting the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities. We at Impactsure Academy was honoured to have amidst us CA Mikdad Merchat , Managing Partner and Founder at Inscite Fintech Solution Pvt Ltd as our Guest Speaker. The team was spellbound to hear his inspiring and #nevergiveup attitude in his journey to becoming a Chartered Accountant and further starting his own ventures.

Session by Impactsure Employees on AI vs Human
Impactsure Academy organized a session of AI vs Human on 4th February 2023.
This session started on a light note with icebreaker questions like which movie do people think of when they hear the word AI. The tone was set with the speakers giving their opinions, sparking a discussion all over whether AI could be considered a potential threat to people’s jobs or not.
A few interesting points and opinions stood out. Someone pointed out that humans made AI, so we will always need people behind the scenes and experts from different fields for their input. The session came to a close with a general idea in people’s minds that it’s the intention that matters the most while using AI technology.
Session on International Women's Day By Dr. Aruna Deshpande
Impactsure Academy organized a session on the topic "DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality" on the occasion of International women's day which was held on 04th March 2023. The session was conducted by guest speaker Dr. Aruna Deshpande who is a Professor at Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute of Management and Studies, University of Mumbai.
It was an interesting and interactive session. Dr. Aruna Deshpande Ma'am covered a bunch of topics explaining how gender equality is important in all aspects of life, how society as a whole should cater to it and how innovation and technology can be used for gender equality in the organizations.
Session on Impact of Fragrance on performance
By, Dr. Geetanjali Ranade who is a doctorate in biomedical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Has completed her aromatherapy course from the American College of Aromatherapy, USA.
At present working as Head, of Research and Development at Quintessence India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai.
A very fun session where how to use aromatherapy at work and how essential oils can boost your energy and reduce stress, enhance your mood, and increase your focus was discussed. By utilizing the power of fragrance, you can take control of your mental and emotional state which can be a great way to de-stress and increase focus in a hectic office environment.
